She has also completed her Sales Apprenticeship Education, now bringing her total real estate education in excess of 278 hours total for the required amount to be in compliance with TREC. Only 13% of Realtors and Agents nationally make it past their first license renewal period. Fay has already far surpassed the requirements Texas keeps for her because she believes her customers deserve to be served at the highest level possible. She took SAE 30 hour Courses each in Investment, Marketing, and Brokerage. These courses have specifically armed her to better serve her customers in both the Residential and Commercial spaces as well as to optimize her business skills.

Jose started his real estate career on the residential side. He helped his clients acquire properties with immediate equity. He knows that buying a home will start you off with financial freedom. Young AK3 Torres bought his first townhome, knowing it would help his family create wealth. That townhome has now has appreciated three times over.

Due to his extensive experience and formal education (MBA and MFIN), he quickly transitioned to the commercial side of real estate specializing in investment properties, farms, storage, warehouse, mobile homes, and RV parks. Mr. Torres holds MBA and Master of Finance degrees from Tulane University and an undergraduate degree from Columbia University. Early in life, Andra developed a craving for helping others and understanding why humans think the way they do so in 2017, she graduated from University of Houston- Downtown with a degree in Psychology. After graduating, immediately went to work as a caregiver at an assisted living facility. She credits her time spent there as the reason she learned to be a better listener. Afterwards, she worked in Document Management for a construction company until her love for real estate could no longer be suppressed. Her love for people, coupled with her undergrad degree and teaching, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the brokerage's listings.
