Fay Brink is currently a Commercial & Residential Realtor under Tevas Real Estate Group. Her residential specialities include Listing agent, Buyer's agent, Foreclosure/Short Sale, Probate/Estate, Luxury Residential, Divorce, and Senior Transition Specialist. In Commercial, she works both sales and leasing transactions on the listing and buyer sides. She holds the Commercial Designations NCREA and CREIPS since 2022, her first year in real estate.
In 2024, she has attained multiple designations so far with the desire to serve her clients with maximum skill and effectiveness.

As a skilled and knowledgeable real estate advisor despite her newness to the profession, Fay believes that since the landscape of real estate and technology is continually changing it is in the Realtor's best interest to not only study the market in which they live but real estate, tech, and the economy among others since they are full of complex issues and subjects which affect each other and ultimately to best serve their clients' needs.

She has also completed her Sales Apprenticeship Education, now bringing her total real estate education in excess of 278 hours total for the required amount to be in compliance with TREC. Only 13% of Realtors and Agents nationally make it past their first license renewal period. Fay has already far surpassed the requirements Texas keeps for her because she believes her customers deserve to be served at the highest level possible. She took SAE 30 hour Courses each in Investment, Marketing, and Brokerage. These courses have specifically armed her to better serve her customers in both the Residential and Commercial spaces as well as to optimize her business skills.
