Rosemarie Privitt

Rosemarie Privitt is a real estate agent serving the Houston and surrounding areas. She grew up in Manila, graduating from one of the top universities with a Bachelors degree in Tourism and Hotel Management. Graduating at 20 years old, she left Manila and had lived and worked in Hong Kong and Guam U.S.A. travelling extensively. Her independence, sheer determination to succeed and do well has brought her to many places in the world.

Over a decade ago, Rosemarie relocated to the Houston area to raise a family with the goal of finding the right area to raise her kids, open greater opportunities for them to succeed and expand their interests. As a mother of three beautiful children of various ages, she took it upon herself to do the research that led them to the Richmond area. Sensing that the area has great potential to develop enormously, she led her family to the Fort Bend school district and settled in a lovely community.

In the beginning, she saw "lands and cows and more cows" (as she would say), yet believed entirely that this location will burgeon and develop as an economically sought after suburb of Houston. She was spot on.

Captivated by this vision and the possibilities of the real estate market, she knew that it was time to make a big change, have more control of her time to raise a family and enjoy the benefits of entrepreneurship. Armed with imagination and an adventurous spirit, she dove into the real estate business.

Having spent years in customer service, managing teams, helping people through training and development, launching big corporate events and projects on an international setting, Rosemarie brings with her unique qualifications that allow her to navigate the complexities of real estate.

So whether helping Buyers from out of state, or assisting potential Houstonians for an international relocation, she understands the level of service distinctly required. If staging artfully is a big consideration to Sellers, negotiating best outcomes, she works tirelessly to support the best interests of her clients.

Rosemarie has three lovely children, two poodles and a couple of charming piggies. She loves to write, take pictures of travels and read non-fiction books. She gets an incredible satisfaction from discovering new places and new things.

Her faith grounds her and allows her to live a full life with the mission to help those in need and to live better to inspire others.
