We meet Rosemarie through a friend. That time we don’t have an interest to buy a house yet.
A month before our closing date we decided to get a house due to increase in apartment rent and I thought of calling her. She immediately called me couple of times that day and that’s when everything started. She asked us what’s our criteria to choose a house.then we search for the house and finally decided on one.
