Contract extended with an amendment, seller was happy but signed amendment. Listing agent removed supra from door which is fine but I’m asking for access at reasonable times for the listing agent to let us walk through before signing and listing agent stated she doesn’t have time and has denied our request to walk through before closing. My buyer wants to confirm home is in same condition as contract was written before signing as we haven’t been in home in several weeks since it was inspected during option period.

No - per Contract Section 7A, \"Seller shall permit Buyer and Buyer’s agents access to the Property at reasonable times.\" A buyer walkthrough is considered \'reasonable\'. I always conduct my buyer walkthroughs ~2 days before closing because IF there are any issues, buyer/seller have sufficient time to address and resolve prior to closing.
