Roger has been an integral part of the leadership team at Keller Williams Memorial, leading one of the largest brokerages in the Greater Houston area. As the team leader and president, he oversees 550 agents-ranging in Residential, Commercial, Luxury, and International.
With over 21 years of sales experience, he specializes in luxury homes and investment properties, consistently ranking among the top 1% of agents in Tanglewood. In October 2023, he was recognized as the #1 agent in the Memorial area.
Roger's Business Management degree from Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU) has given him the expertise and knowledge to develop his sales skills and mentor agents within the Keller Williams Memorial brokerage.
