Born and raised in Cartagena de Indias, a Caribbean City, UNESCO World Heritage City, in Colombia, Roy studied Industrial Engineering in Bogotá. After graduation, he went to work for BASF in Germany in the Marketing Department for Latin America. Later on, he gained a Master of Business Administration – MBA and a Master in Business Informatics - MBI in the Rotterdam School of Management of the Erasmus University in the Netherlands.

Having worked in different countries, different industries and with different people, Roy understands that a key factor for a good deal is to exceed the expectations of clients and customers.
