Buying/selling a home is one of the most important decisions a person and/or family will make. Part of my job as your realtor is to understand the home buying/selling process from start to finish and to empower my clients to make sure they are making the right decision based on their needs. I do not rush the real estate process. It is a big decision and each client's timeline is different and I respect this with every client I meet by listening, listening and more listening.
UPDATES ON MARKET TRENDS Part of the reason why clients refer me over again is that I educate myself on changing market trends, economic cycles and technology to make my business more efficient. I spend at least 10-15 hours every week educating myself on these areas via industry news, webinars, community news and business articles. EDUCATION University of Texas at Austin majoring in Marketing and JD from South Texas College of Law. I also have specialized training in the art of negotiation obtaining my MCNE designation from the National Real Estate Negotiations Institute.
