Buying/selling a home is one of the most important decisions a person and/or family will make. Part of my job as your realtor is to understand the home buying/selling process from start to finish and to empower my clients to make sure they are making the right decision based on their needs. I do not rush the real estate process. It is a big decision and each client's timeline is different and I respect this with every client I meet by listening, listening and more listening.

UPDATES ON MARKET TRENDS Part of the reason why clients refer me over again is that I educate myself on changing market trends, economic cycles and technology to make my business more efficient. I spend at least 10-15 hours every week educating myself on these areas via industry news, webinars, community news and business articles. I also have specialized training in the art of negotiation obtaining my MCNE designation from the National Real Estate Negotiations Institute.
