She has a list of homes in the area she wants to see also I can search I am not part of that MLS but wondering If I can show her the homes? Can I use my Supra key to unlock doors in another city like Dallas I am part of Houston HAR MLS. How does the pay work too is it the same? send contract to my broker for a CDA and give to the title co in Dallas?

Sadly your Supra only works in the mls you subscribe to. You can sell anywhere in Texas but the mls makes its extra hard. You have to reach out to the listing agent. Explain you are an out of town realtor and either get her to meet you to open it up or ask if there is a lock box with a code you can get. Good luck it takes a lot of communication with the listing agent. Explain what a great buyer you have and that they must purchase immediately. A good realtor will get you into the home.
