How soon Realtor has to list our house in MLS after we signed listing contract with him

I am not sure where you are located but I would bet that if you look through the listing contract/agreement and it will likely say when they are supposed at the latest list it.Here in Texas it specifies either how many days after signing the listing agreement or when something has occurred such as professional photos have become available.
