Hey Eric, Great Question. you will need the Buyer's Representation Agreement, the Compensation Agreement Between Brokers (Or compensation agreement between broker and owner), and lastly the addendum regarding broker fees. All of these documents deal with commission! If you already have an agreement set in place with a set commission and would like to change that just add an amendment and get it signed by all parties.
