I was near homeless down to 7 days to be out of my apartment and they till trying to get approval on something they told me I was already approved for. SCARED I was. I cried to Maria. Maria said "Don't worry Mrs. Yates I will NOT let you be homeless. The very next day she had a backup lender for me that would have it done in 7 days. Then Maria went to my lender and took a bite out of crime I tell you because I got a call that said can you be here by 3 we are closing today. Trust me this is the one you want on your team."
