“I call her the Bull Dog. I'm telling you this is the woman you want on your team. Trust I by far was not a easy client. Maria was referred to me by my original Relator. Guess I was too hot to handle. I already had an attitude being switched over. Out pops this New New with the biggest smile and warmest of personalities with six inch heels. I melted, and boy am I glad I did. I wanted Maria to find HER. I had no idea who or what HER would look like or where it could be located. I just said she is somewhere out there. Come to find out that is an extremely difficult thing to find because I was open to everything and then open to nothing at all. I knew I would find her when I walked in. Yeup! I was that one. Still she smiled and understood exactly what I was looking for. Once that was done we went to lending. This is where she earned her title. My lending company was HORRID. I was near homeless down to 7 days to be out of my apartment and they till trying to get approval on something they told me I was already approved for. SCARED I was. I cried to Maria. Maria said "Don't worry Mrs. Yates I will NOT let you be homeless. The very next day she had a backup lender for me that would have it done in 7 days. Then Maria went to my lender and took a bite out of crime I tell you because I got a call that said can you be here by 3 we are closing today. Trust me this is the one you want on your team."
