I was selling my house remotely and he was incredibly helpful in even the smallest things - like helping get the house ready for showing, organizing the lockbox for contractors, even putting out a doormat to help keep the house clean. He even put away the paint buckets that the contractors left lying around. I didnt have to physically go there, which took a lot of weight off my mind since I live out of town. He was responsive, communicative, and always professional and pleasant, even when we had issues to deal with after hours and on weekends.
