“Let me start off by saying that Funmi is a GODSEND! Back in Summer 2020, I wanted to move out of my apartment, but I was tired of paying such high rent and really wanted to start pouring into myself. I didnt think I could afford a mortgage, but when I spoke with Funmi, she made me realize that I definitely could afford a home! She worked quickly to start showing me homes, and I ultimately landed on a new build. There were a lot of setback throughout the 7 months they were building, but Funmi was so supportive and continued to communicate my needs to the builders. “I met Funmi through a friend of my mother who happened to also be in the Keller Williams family (St. Louis). We spoke over the phone and set up a time to meet in her office. We spent 2+ hours not only talking about all things housing market but Funmi also asked questions to get to know me and my family.
