Funmi is truly one of a kind and the absolute best Working with her was without a doubt the best decision we made for the sale of our home. I was a little hesitant about listing our home in November , a period I considered an off peak month for selling a house. She convinced us that houses get sold every single day regardless of the time of the year, as long as we priced the market correctly and follow her suggestions and ideas We listened to her and went ahead with the listing and I m glad we did. In our neighborhood, during that time of the year most homes sat on the market for an average of about 70 to 90 days before getting sold. We got an offer in 2 weeks and ended up closing in less than a month She was very diplomatic, yet firm with what could have been a difficult buyer but she was able to handle the entire negotiation with professionalism, patience and finesse.
