Need recommendations about accurate website/ company to run Lease Applicant\'s screening from rental history to background checks, please?

I\'ve only used Mysmartmove so can\'t comment on other programs but it\'s been pretty accurate.  Haven\'t had any issues with any tenants who have had an acceptance rating from MSM.  You have to look at all the parameters the report gives in totality and make a judgment but use their data to influence your human decision as well but the data don\'t lie.  I like that the reports are produced very quickly and they\'re easy to read.
