Most companies need to sell you something but LEVEL CHECK is amazing . They have gone out to give me a quote when inspection said foundation should be checked. 3 out of 5 times they said it was just settling and no work was needed. They are super honest and don’t charge for quotes. I highly recommend them!

I\'ve only used Mysmartmove so can\'t comment on other programs but it\'s been pretty accurate. Haven\'t had any issues with any tenants who have had an acceptance rating from MSM. You have to look at all the parameters the report gives in totality and make a judgment but use their data to influence your human decision as well but the data don\'t lie. I like that the reports are produced very quickly and they\'re easy to read.

What if one has multiple lease application on your rental lease? Do you review it after you get the application fees? Also, if you dont select particular potential tenant, do you have to provide them the reason for not selection and have to return the application fees? What others are doing and best practice in the industry? TIA.

Screening incomes, rental history (verify with current and previous Landlords if possible) & available funding to see matching the Owner's requirements before accepting application fee to save everyone else's time. Good luck!
