“Over the last several years, Denise has helped us rent twice and buy once. We have a busy family that needed sudden housing changes after suddenly adopting 2 more kids. She has showed us probably hundreds of houses over the years and was always patient. Things most people don't care about, we care a lot about (like garages and home offices). She jumped through hoops with grace, poise, and always a good laugh. We're not your typical let's buy a house nuclear family and Denise never made us feel awkward or uncomfortable. She is the best. I even referred her to my parents when they relocated to Texas during covid madness and the INSANE market on a tight VA loan budget.
