I did a transaction in remote mode from another state and was visiting for only one day, and Ben managed to show me an incredible amount of houses. With other agents, it would take days. We are incredibly picky about details, and Ben managed to find what we need, which is not that easy. But not only that. He helped to decrease the price significantly.
