What is your opinion on the agent attending the home inspection and walking through with the Buyer and inspector?

I would recommend not the attend from beginning of the inspection as this will distract inspector doing his job. It would be better to attend at the end of an inspection. So Inspector can give the brief information about the inspection and point the main issues at the property.

Or the landlord should additionally hire a lawyer to explain FICO risk scores ?

The tenant selection criteria is set by the landlord and landlord will give the decision of renting his/her house. In addition to that, FICO report usually comes with explanation, comments about scores and what they indicate. On the other hand, for some landlords background check and criminal record might be more important in the tenant selection.
