She is an excellent communicator and makes every effort to be responsive, even outside of typical business hours. She’s reliable and responsible with a keen eye for detail. Purchasing a home is a daunting process, and Scarlett diligently guided us through all the details, sending reminders and updates every step of the way. Scarlett is clearly passionate about her work and goes above and beyond what’s typically expected. For example, Texas has freezing days and the sprinkler system needed to be turned off to prevent the water from damaging the pipes. We were out of town and she helped us purchase a cover for the outdoor head and personally went to our property to turn off the system. We are beyond delighted with our new home and highly recommend Scarlett for any of your real estate needs. She is trustworthy, kind, and most importantly delivers results.

I am blown away by the customer service Jaklin and Zoheir provided. I went to go see a house on a Tuesday and had the keys by Wednesday!!! All this while not being rushed while doing the tour and asking all the questions they were both very patient. Very smooth transaction from beginning to end. Present, knowledgable and quick. It was a wonderful experience more than I expected. 10/10 definitely recommend.
