Kevin Huy Pham is a bilingual realtor who grew up in Saigon, city of Vietnam. Move to Houston to reunite with his parents. In his early age, he helped his dad in various business ventures. From manufacturing ground coffee, breeding pigs to importing car parts and finally settling in flipping houses. Inheriting a strong work ethics and entrepreneurial spirit from his parents, Kevin carried that same business mindset to real estate. He is enthusiastic about helping his clients to find their dream homes or finding a place to start their business adventure and has the ability to make the transaction process smooth and effortless. Prior to joining real estate, he was a restaurant manager overseeing the marketing, products and providing exceptional customer service skills in the food industry. Kevin maintains an active lifestyle who enjoys playing basketball and doing cardio at the gym, traveling and learning new cultures through food, conversation and architecture.
