Tom is an extremely helpful and detail oriented real estate agent. He does a lot of research to help find what kind of place fits your needs, and is really good at providing information so you can decide which house would be the best option. (This was helpful for me as a first time homebuyer.) His patient and steadfast approach makes him easy to work and consult with when buying a home!
