Do you have to get a new mls# if you withdraw for a week?

No, only if the listing expires.

No, you do not. If you plan on putting it back in active status for instance- that's all you have to do, change the status from Withdrawn to Active.

Not if it the listing is in Withdrawn, only of you terminate

Depends on your Expiration date, if you are still within your listing agreement contract term the MLS system will allow you to place as active. If you not you have to have a new MLS number. Hope this helps!

When you withdraw a listing it stays withdrawn until the listing expires. So no you do not need a new mls number.
