To do a search for 55+ communities, either for active listings or sold comps, or any other status you need, go to the Matrix, click SEARCH and select the property type you want to search for. I usually use the QUICK SEARCH option. When the search screen appears, scroll all the way down to the bottom where it says ADDITIONAL FIELDS ADD REMOVE.
