His key handoff system is reliable, efficient, and convenient. The photos and description of his place do not do it justice. It is so spacious, clean, an comfortable. The gym and pool are steps away, and you get two free parking spaces. The building is very secure, and requires passwords and fobs for entry. One half block from the Metro Train meant we did not have to hassle with traffic, even though we had a car. The apartment was clean, equipped appropriately with all amenities. If you have an event at NRG, you can walk and skip traffic and parking. His place is clean and cozy, quite comfortable. Huge tv, WiFi, cable, and a blue ray too. The pool is a nice bonus. Corporate Relocation Reviews: The apartment was nothing less than perfect for what I required! Modern amenities throughout, really comfy bed and lovely natural light through the daytime. The apartment Pius picked for me was located on the 4th floor with the loveliest view on to the pool area. "The Valencia" is situated in easy walking distance to the street train with great access to either the NRG Center in one or to Midtown/ Downtown with shops, restaurants and convenience stores in the other direction. You just need to give 3 business days notice and if they do not move out you will then need to file eviction in the precinct the home is located in. this will cost you approx. $130.00. If yes, then you need to complete this when moving out. Take pictures and document each room showcasing it was left in the same condition as when you moved in.
