Ron! Great question! Here's your step by step: 1. Login as usual with your face. 2. Go to the members only dashboard. 3. Click the My Account tab on the left. 4. Click the Account Info dropdown menu. 5. Click Change password. 6. If you remember your current password, type it in, then type in your new password twice. 7. If you don't remember your current password, then click forgot password at the bottom of that screen and follow the remaining prompts. Ron,Just go into member services and log into your account . You can then change your password. If you still have problems just call Har and they will walk you through it.
Hi Ron! To change your password, you need to log in to HAR.com, then go to the members only area. Along the left you will see a blue strip with a menu. Click on My Account, then Change Password. It will prompt you for your old password and then your new password twice. If you feel your password has been compromised, I would change it, whether or not you have facial recognition on your mobile device. Hope this helps!
