Aaron-Jacob!
If you're looking for a sort of "one stop shop", both RPR and Remine are great tools to both find the expired listings and then generate contact information to reach out! However, if you wanted to simply set up an expired listings search in matrix and have the list of expired listings automatically generated and sent to you daily, that may be a little more efficient. Then you can look up owner contact information in sites like true people search (which is free) or other skip trace sites, which may have more folk's information, but cost money. Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any further questions or need anything! Happy to assist! codysellsproperty@gmail.com. (346) 412-6603
Hi Aaron. There are so many options out there. RedX is a good one. Fastbackgroundcheck.com is also a good option and free. Remine and Realist, even though included in your dues, doesn't always have the contact number or the correct one. Ultimately, any free platforms will require some more effort in finding the number and even with paid options, you may get multiple numbers.
There are several ways to do about it. One way could be to pay for a website that allows to have access to the owners of expired listings. Can be costly. But worth it another way can be the through HAR. It’s not straight forward, but it works. After you find the Expired’’s then you will need to use the app forwarn which is available to all real estate agents. You can find the phone numbers and addresses of previous homes. It’s a great way to look up people. Though you will not know if they are on a no calling list.
Hi Aaron, you can find the owner’s contact info through Realist tax or Remine (included with your HAR dues). You will need to filter your search by area (zip, city or subdivision) choose “expired” listing status and then include owners name, email and mailing address. Remine will even export it into a spreadsheet for you. Good luck!
You can look at the tax records and send them something in the mail. Make sure to look at their mailing address, it’s not always the same as the property address they had on the market.
