I am looking at a company that does just that. 100% with a $500 flat fee. or also does a 80/20 with reave share and you can have a team. They pay for Chime and all advertising sound good to me, No Monthly fees.

As an agent looking to join a new brokerages things to consider include what stage in your career (ranging from brand new, just starting out to established and known with large book of business) and your specific needs and level of support you want or require. Regarding your specific question, do any of our brokerages offer free signs? Most companies have generic signs available (but they will promote the company, not you!) and if they do not offer signs, buying some cost around $200 to get a couple personalized signs with all the fixings. To a brand new agent just starting out this may seem like a big deal and expense, but whether or not free signs are provided should be among the things lowest on your list to consider.Pick a company that offers the support you need; remember, nothing is free, so if you want everything paid for by the brokerage, chances are your commission split between company and you will be between 35-50. So on a sale that earns total commission on your side of $5,000, you may be paying as much as $2500 to brokerage. When first starting out, unless you are joining a team, the support, mentoring, tools, office, marketing and advice provided by a full service, traditional brokerage that has high splits can be well worth it. It allows you to establish yourself in relation to the brokerage and put yourself in position to either negotiate better terms at current shop or move on once youre ready.Good luck!

As some have noted, please look at the total broker package. A broker that offers signs has generic signs with the broker office number to call. When I was with the big box brokers, I preferred to have my contact info on the signs, albeit the TREC rules about broker wording also. Think long-term; you want to own your client base in case you leave your broker to go to another or on your own. Signs are a one-time expense. You decide how many you need. Brokers have rules for card designs. Make sure if you use the broker CRM than you can export your database if you choose to leave. I personally always planned to go on my own so always owned my own.

Are you an agent looking for a brokerage or a consumer? In general, you get what you pay for. Money is always good to have but how do you expect a brokerage to cover all of that without taking splits? Really curious about this one...

Im this day and age of real estate, having options of services via various brokerages is a good option to have. There are other advertising and or related items to consider as well when joining a particular brokerage such as being an independent contractor and utilizing some of those marketing expenses yourself as a write off verses the brokerage paying for them. Choosing a brokerage that offers signs either as a loaner sign or other may also mean not being able to have the additional exposure of your own pre-printed phone number on the sign itself, of course you can always add a sign rider. Some brokerages offer additional perks to agents such as discounted lead generation systems and or free in office printing and all of these and more are what agents take into account when joining a firm. Connect Realty, the firm I am currently with does offer many perks in the way of training and tools and resources.

They are my Brokerage. They don't pay for ALL your advertising. They pay for a listing box full of marketing material after you have a listing that has is specific to that listing and you. Contact me for more info. Also we have a Rally every Wednesday with a Free lunch to learn about the Brokerage with NO pressure, free lunch at a restaurant in The Woodlands.

Linda! W O W !!!! They pay for ALL advertising!!!????? Amazing! I'm ready to spend $100,000 in advertising next month! Please direct me on who I need to talk to! Point being that it would be a GREAT idea to inquire as to what "all" means specifically and what the max budget is. Often times you will find that the value of what is actually being offered is not worth what you may find elsewhere! Hope you get all that you desire in whatever brokerage you end up with!

Yes all Brokers are different and paying for advertising and signs is peanuts for what my broker Jpar The Sears Group gives us the Tools which are way more than that. We don’t have to spend on buying leads. I agree that active and supportive Brokers is the best.

Real estate is about being you. A broker can aid the agents in many things, but it is still a good idea to have your own marketing and advertising plan for your business. A great realtor find a way to perform.

Very few, if any now days, offer ALL of what you’re asking that’s of any quality beyond the basics for the “free” inclusion. As an independent contractor, you should or are expected to put some skin in the game. eXp offers most of what you’re asking…the commission split, teams, rev share, and other tools & services to support your business but like many brokerages, there are things as an IC that you must pay for…that’s just the cost of doing business in this business. Wishing you the best, hope you find the type of brokerage to support your business needs.

Brokers may offer to pay for some or all of the advertising and signs associated with selling a property, as part of their services to their clients. This can vary depending on the broker and the specific agreement reached with their clients. It's important for sellers to carefully review and understand the terms of any agreements with their broker before proceeding with a sale.

It sounds like you want the broker to do all the work and pay for everything and let you make all the money. What is the benefit to the broker then?

Every brokerage is different. I have worked in company's where signs and advertising was provided. As an Independent Contractor, I prefer to focus on helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals. I believe that training and active broker support is more important than anything I can purchase on my own.
