729What would be the best Schools for our kids, Elementary, Middle, and High schools? We have kids, 6yr old and 1.5 yr old. We are looking in Richmond and Rosenberg, TX, area.

Your question is very important in the sense that each school has its own plus. It all depends upon you as what you think is the best. Are you looking for a good academic school or a good extra curricular activities school or both? You can find this by visiting or calling the administration.

Niche and Best Schools are great sources of information on demographics and test scores, but I would call the principals of the schools in the area you want to move to. The ratings are a tool, but what makes a great school depends on what you think makes a school district - great. Is it just test scores or the culture of the district? Is it the fine arts programs or athletics? Before you call any of the principals ask yourself - what makes a great school district for my family?
