Are these listing here on HAR for furnished apartment/houses? if so how best to find them with this new site? I don't need much space (1 bedroom max) but I do require ""real"" high-speed internet service (even if an extra fee).

Hi John,

Most appartment complexes have a few furnished appartments that match your need. They are not well advertized so you will need the help of a local realtor to find one.

Best.

I do not see a section to search short term rentals furnished on your end normally difficult to find especially with summer months approaching with internships. There are corporate housing companies that have short term rentals furnished and apartment communities that offer corporate furnished units but they are not cheap. Your best bet financially is to find an Apartment that will do a short term rental at a rate you can live with then go to IKEA or rent furniture from somewhere like Hoffer for $200+ a month. Maybe even cheaper option find a bedroom sublet in a roommate situation on craigslist furnished just be cautious of scams.
