Precious Erica Rogers is a full-time dedicated Realtor who is truly committed to helping you with the sale, purchase, or lease of your home. Exceptional customer service is paramount. Precious treats every client with the highest level of respect, integrity, and commitment, whether she's finding the ideal home for a new buyer or helping a seller achieve their goals in record time.

Precious still remembers buying her first home when she was a single woman. In that moment, she knew the value of home ownership. Eventually, she set a goal to someday practice real estate as a Realtor to help others achieve the same goal of home ownership. Today, as a Keller Williams Realty NE Sales Associate, she has adopted the motto Serving People & Building Relationships because she believes that her business is about providing superior service to her clients and building relationships with them so that she can become their realtor for life.

Precious obtained her Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction in Science Education from the University of Houston at Clear Lake and served the students and community of Humble ISD as a science educator for several years. As an educator, she quickly learned how to serve and meet the needs of a widely diverse people.

In real estate transactions, Precious still considers herself as an educator. She maintains an in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the market and ensures her clients are aware and educated of all the key factors through their transactional process so that they can make informed decisions. Precious's ongoing goals are to connect the right sellers and buyers to maximize the experience for whichever party she is representing. Selling or buying a home can be stressful, but Precious wants to make your real estate experience an exciting and joyous one with superior customer service.

Precious and her husband have a son who keeps them busy and on their toes. Together, they enjoy visiting parks, eateries, traveling, and serving at their church. She loves teaching the youth and adults at her church about the word of God and building their faith. Together, they also enjoy watching the Astros baseball team hit "home" runs. Precious is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Texas Association of REALTORS, and Houston Association of REALTORS.
