“Me and my wife were looking for our first home. As this is a life changing moment in our life and can be very stressful we can honestly say that Phil helped make it a pleasurable one. From the moment we began the process through months after closing he held our hand to guide us in everything. He guided us to a trusted lender who also made this experience easy. Phil walked us through some of the most beautiful homes and also pointed out things we should watch for when buying a home. He clearly was not in this for his commission, he was in this to make sure we had something we could call a home. After seeing several homes we walked into a house that we knew instantly we wanted. Phil recommended a home inspector who was very thorough and professional and made it easy to see what needed to be done. When we were sitting at the closing table, the lady who normally does the documents was not in and there was another lady covering for her. She wasnt reading the documents and just asking me sign. Phil intervened and made sure we knew exactly what we were signing before signing each document. Broke it all down and made sure we were good. After closing I received tons of mail that seems official, Phil was there to help guide me in that process also. Making sure we didnt get into something unnecessary when receiving these documents from random people wanting us to submit payments for things we didnt need.
