I have low credit history and criminal history from 12years ago.I have really good income but I keep getting denied. I need to move out by the end of November. Can anyone help me rent a home?

If it is only a credit issue, try to pay double the deposit. Be sure that your income is 3x the rent as well and you dont have any broken leases.

Does an agent representing the seller have the fiduciary duty to disclose to buyers it’s in the floodway?
