Patsy Padon believes that honesty and professional ethics are the foundation upon which every successful real estate transaction is built. Maintaining one’s reputation and adhering to a strong set of principles are essential in developing lasting client relationships. Blessed with a long career in marketing and advertising before becoming a Realtor in 1994, Patsy is an excellent communicator and possesses exceptional organizational skills. Because she has also done a number of remodeling and decorating projects, she has an experienced eye for finding ways to enhance and improve a property - an asset that appeals to both buyers and sellers.

Personable and compassionate, Patsy is a good listener who pays close attention to the wants and needs of her clients. She strives to exceed client expectations and to provide them with all the tools and information necessary to make informed and wise decisions. A go-getter who works hard and is not easily intimidated, she is also an excellent negotiator. The mother of two grown sons and a teenage daughter, Patsy is an active volunteer in her community and a dedicated supporter of the arts. She is also a published poet.
