Pascal Bretel
Pascal Bretel's clients can expect him to work harder for them than for himself. Conscientious, level-headed, tenacious, and somewhat of a perfectionist, Pascal offers very high-level real estate experience gained first in France, then in California, Florida and Houston.
"Operating as a broker and an investor gave me valuable experience in those sides of real estate transactions," Pascal says. "I understand what my home purchasers and sellers are experiencing and how to guide them, and what my investors are looking for in a property as well. I spent 10 years as a broker in France, and then more than 15 years as a property investor/renovator in Los Angeles, Miami's area before continuing my real estate career in Houston. I am an American citizen, but with my dual nationality, I often have a wider perspective that my clients appreciate very much. Either that, or it's my French accent!"
Pascal has an excellent working knowledge of new construction which he gained through renovating high-end properties in Los Angeles. He also brings techniques learned from working closely with interior designers to stage homes. With his trained eye, he helps guide sellers to prepare their home to attract buyers, and advises buyers on the possibilities of a home they might be considering for purchase. "I am a good listener, easy to reach, a skilled communicator, and always quick to follow up. I am always up to date on the market. My clients depend on me absolutely and I value that trust and confidence beyond all measure."
After finishing school, Pascal worked in the fashion industry in France before switching his focus to a real estate career. His parents still live in France, and he credits his mother with being the greatest influence in his life. "From the very beginning, she told me, 'You can do better' - even if I'd done well," Pascal remembers. "She taught me to make the best my goal in everything I do."
When not working, Pascal enjoys hiking, running, working out, and traveling, and still gravitates toward interior design.
