Polly Royer enjoys helping families find new homes and make new friends in Fulshear, Katy, and surrounding areas.

She has been with the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene, Katy Office for 15 years. As a highly motivated and enthusiastic new agent, she was named Rookie of the Year for Gary Green in 2007. She hasn't slowed down since!

Polly is a certified Relocation Specialist and a certified Home Marketing specialist, as well as a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, the Houston Association of Realtors, and I'm a Master Certified Negotiating Expert. She goes above and beyond keeping her skills current by taking as many Continuing Education hours as she can, especially on topics such as multicultural and multigenerational needs

Polly believes in connecting with her neighbors and community. To that end, she became part of the Fulshear CERT Team (Community Emergency Response Team), and a member of The City of Fulshear Planning Committee. She has assisted with post-flood disaster relief efforts, including coordinating volunteers to provide food to keep others working.

She also helps organize and present varying functions year-round such as the Fulshear Freedom Fest (Fourth of July), St. Patrick's Day, Memorial Day, etc. In 2015 she was appointed to the Fulshear Home Rule Charter Commission and became a member of the Cross Creek Ranch Planning Committee.

After owning a home in the Katy area for 20 years, Polly and her husband Darrell decided to move to Cross Creek Ranch in 2009, because they could see the potential as Cross Creek Ranch was just starting to develop. Even after 9 years, Polly still finds Cross Creek Ranch new and exciting.

She is an active member of the Ladies of Cross-Creek Ranch, where she's learned about the dynamic of the community and fallen in love with it.
