“Myself and my wife are first-time home buyers- Nidal was able to guide us through the process and ease every one of our many, many worries. He was incredibly knowledgable of the local market and brought up issues with houses we were shown which we had not even considered, even in the cases where it would not have necessarily "helped the sale" to point out problems with a home. He was on-call for us Monday-Sunday at all hours. This was a home-buying experience unlike any other, as we have been told by our more experienced family and friends. I cannot wait for the day that we are able to recommend a realtor because we will most certainly be recommending Nidal.
