Nicole is a 25 year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over the Greater Houston Area in numerous real estate transactions. Nicole Culpepper has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client's needs first. She studied Sociology/Social Work at Prairie View A&M University, and afterward began work in Telecommunication Service Sales. Passionate about meeting people's needs, Nicole has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client's expectations. Active in the community, Nicole was a proud part of the Girl Scouts of America San Jacinto Council and the National Urban League's "I am Empowered" campaign public service initiative designed to rally millions of Americans around education, employment, housing and healthcare. In her free time, Nicole is an avid hiker and has hiked Guadalupe Peak, the highest peak in the state of Texas. Nicole also loves participating in 5ks for charity and snow skiing. Spending time at either the beach or The Rocky Mountains with her friends and children Gabrielle, Lea and Leo as well as her maltipoo Icy is never something Nicole takes for granted.
