Upon reaching out to Nicki, she kept in touch with me early and often. I told her what I was looking for, the area of town and my price range and she went to work immediately. She kept in touch with me from the start, gave me updates and posts often and let me know when there was any last minute cancellations or available appointments that for my busy work schedule. She was phenomenal from when I first signed the contract till I moved in and even afterwards has reached out to me to see how I’m settling in to my new place. She periodically sends me real estate information in the event I decide to purchase and still remember the criteria selection we discussed months ago.
Nicki was so patient when selling our home. We kept pushing the list date back due to renovations and she was ready to go when we were. She was knowledgeable about the market and helped us price our home right to sell it quickly (only took 15 days to get under contract). Nicki explained to us what to expect after we were under contract and even came to the title company at closing! She really takes the time to listen to her clients and we have already hired her for multiple transactions! Would highly recommend!
