Nicholas Tomich

Nicholas Tomich has a passion for helping families all over the Greater Houston area with all their real-estate needs. Primarily a listing specialist, Nicholas focuses on protecting equity in his clients' homes and negotiating top dollar for the sale of what he recognizes is often their largest asset. was born and raised in Houston, Texas; however, spent significant time outside the United States in Vietnam, Spain and then Ecuador. Since moving back to Houston, knowledge and experience together to become a real estate agent and help people find the home of their dreams. Nick is eager to work with people of all cultures and feels like he can help the native Houstonians as well as the newcomers to our City. Being totally bilingual in written and spoken Spanish, Nick will be an asset to the newcomers from Hispanic cultures.

Nicholas enjoys working at Keller Williams Memorial and feels that their professionalism and experience is a great fit with his enthusiasm, warm personality and knowledge.

"I liked the idea of helping people find a home, one of the biggest investments in a person's life. There is something very appealing and rewarding about that. I understand materials and the building process and so, Real Estate was a natural fit for me. I plan to specialize in residential real estate on the west side of Houston from the Galleria and Bellaire to Memorial and Spring Branch. I hope to make buying a home a pleasure for my clients and lead to a win-win situation between the buyer and the seller. Everyone should come out a winner."
