Having lived in Houston for more than two decades, Nicholas Moncada has witnessed many trends in the Houston area's real estate market which helps him to better understand the challenges that his clients encounter.

Nicholas is consistently a top producing agent who specializes in resale and new construction homes in Houston's finer neighborhoods.
