“Neil Silverman is a truly expert in real estate in the greater Houston area. We bought a brand ne house from Cyrene Home in Huffman. We signed the contract to build the house on a selected lot. Neil helped us navigate the entire process. He recommended to get third party inspection at the pre-shetrock point and of course at the end. He also recommended Hedderman Engineering to perform the inspections. They did a thorough job. This was the 1st time Neil was involved in a real estate transaction with Cyrene Homes and I believe he was pleasantly surprised of the good job they did. I trust Neil because of his knowledge, experience, honesty, great communication and of course attention to detail. I do not hesitate to recommend him, he is an asset.”
