Knowledgeable and a great listener, Nancy patiently showed us some properties in the area that we thought we were interested in (small house or ground floor apartment) and then offered an alternative that we hadn't thought of - a new-build home in a 55 development. We wound up buying that and will be pleased to have Nancy assist us with selling our current home, while we move closer to our grandchildren.
