Cindy Scrivner is one of the most helpful people we have ever met. We met her at an open house. We mentioned that we were just looking because we had a home in another town to sell and needed to wait until that happened. She took our information and we emailed back and forth. She looked at the listing and gave us ideas on what to do to promote the property. We had listed with 2 previous realtors and had little interest. Not only did Cindy give us recommendations on what to do, she drove all the way to Corpus Christi, stayed 3 days with us, painted and decluttered the house. She also made a recommendation on another realtor which we listed with. She has gone above and beyond. We would most certainly recommend her to anyone, either buying, selling or both. She is so easy to work with and really takes it upon herself to do what she can to help. We would HIGHLY recommend Cindy Scrivner to anyone!!
