Micah is the goat. Here’s why: Background: we started looking for a home with Micah about two years and went under contract for a spec house before it was built. We ended up going under contract on a spec home early in its development and were under contract for 9 months before its completion and our closing. In my opinion, these are the most important things to look for with a realtor: Proactive, professional, negotiation skills, experience/resourceful. Micah truly excels at all of these. Proactive: through our long and grueling under contract period, Micah was the leading force that kept everything moving. It is very difficult to stay updated and keep all the communication going (customizations, upgrades, updates, concessions, paperwork) and I can honestly say that without Micah being as proactive as he was, we would have had an extremely turbulent and frustrating contract period. Micah showed up early to every meeting, always came prepared, and followed up with next steps without fail (this is a huge deal when you’re under contract for 9 months) Professional: Micah is a true professional who treated everyone involved with respect. He fostered a great working relationship with all the parties involved, and many of them mentioned to me personally how much they appreciated working with him. Negotiation: With Micah’s expertise and skills, we were able to negotiate a spectacular deal for our home. He also gave us honest, realistic advice on what to ask for and helped us understand what to expect at every stage of the process. Experience/resourceful: Micah was very knowledgeable of every step. He also recommended a fantastic lender, homeowners insurance contact, inspector, and a few other people along the way. He is always on the lookout and taking notes on what kind of experiences we are getting with third parties so he can update his recommendations. All this to say that we really appreciate having Micah as our agent and you should not hesitate working with him. We needed him and give him our highest recommendation.

We’re so grateful to have had Micah as our realtor throughout the entire home-buying process. Even before he officially became our agent, he was sending us listings that matched what we were looking for and toured many homes with us during the two years we were casually browsing. When we decided to move forward with a new build, Micah was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Over the course of the nine-month process, he helped us negotiate a great sale price with builder concessions, attended meetings with the developer, and kept communication flowing smoothly with the builder during construction. Micah gives thoughtful, well-informed advice at every turn and is always responsive, professional, and easy to work with. He helped take all of our crazy ideas and questions and molded them into clear, effective messages to the builder.
