Melissa McCrimmon

Melissa McCrimmon has a passion for exploring Greater Houston and helping people discover all that our region has to offer. Houses and neighborhood history have interested her from a young age, as she moved around the country and lived in five different homes while growing up. Born in upstate New York, Melissa has lived in California, Maine, Michigan, and Pennsylvania and has called Houston home since 2004.

A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Allegheny College with a degree in history, Melissa worked in arts administration and nonprofit management for 17 years before pursuing a career in residential real estate to fulfill her desire to help others find the best place to call home. She is driven, organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who focuses on customer service to cultivate strong personal relationships. Having lived in several areas both inside and outside the Loop, Melissa has extensive knowledge of the well-known communities and hidden gem neighborhoods across Houston's ever-changing landscape. Her knowledge of the current market combined with an enthusiasm to assist clients with renting, buying, or selling a home makes Melissa an invaluable resource for any real estate need.

In her spare time, Melissa and her husband, Eric, enjoy eating their way through Houston and around the world, relaxing on the beach in Galveston, and taking walks with their Sheltie, Waylon, on the trails of Buffalo Bayou Park.
