My name is Missy Martin and I was born and raised in Houston. I've been working in the real estate profession for over 25 years. While I am open to all areas of the greater Houston-Galveston Metropolitan area, including West University Place, Bellaire, Memorial, Tanglewood, River Oaks, Sugar Land, Richmond, Fulshear, The Woodlands. Katy, Kingwood, Cypress, Spring, Pearland, Friendswood, and Clear Lake.I also have worked with my husband, Larry Martin, in the real estate appraisal industry for over 38 years. Larry is now on my team and together, our extensive knowledge of neighborhoods, amenities, schools, construction, financing, commercial land acquisition, investment properties, 1031 tax exchanges, leases, market trends, market values, and appraisal techniques allows my team to offer expert guidance to our buyers and sellers. Realizing that many of today's clients are very savvy and educated about real estate information, we use the state-of-the-art technology to enhance our real estate practice and offer stellar service to all our clients. Communication, knowledge, and service are the key factors to making real estate transactions smooth and successful. We are full time Realtors and we are usually available seven days a week and typically respond to text messages, emails, and phone calls within minutes. In our spare time we enjoy the abundant amenities that Houston offers, as well as cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time with our four children and two grandchildren.
